How do I personalize a gift?

Open the product page to see its available options. Choose your size or variant and complete the requested personalization before adding it to your cart. Photo portrait products include a photo upload.

Will I see my portrait before it is printed?

For custom photo portrait products, you'll receive an artwork proof to review and approve before printing. Other gifts have their own options and ordering details on the product page.

When will my order arrive?

Your order ships after production; see the estimated arrival dates on each product page. Dates are estimates, not guarantees.

For gifts made from your photo, start with the original image from your camera or phone.

  • Keep the subject clear. Choose a sharp, well-lit image without heavy filters. Avoid screenshots and copies saved from social media when you have the original.
  • Leave room around the subject. Keep important details away from the edges so the artwork can be composed for your chosen shape.
  • For a pet portrait: show the eyes, ears and distinctive markings clearly. Follow the listing’s instructions for the number of pets.
  • For a house portrait: show the whole house and roof in daylight, with as few obstructions as possible.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the space where the gift will live, then compare those measurements with the options on its product page.

  • Wall art: mark the width and height with paper or removable tape. Step back to judge the fit above furniture. Check the artwork’s portrait or landscape orientation.
  • Pillows: compare the listed dimensions with a pillow already on the recipient’s chair or sofa.
  • Blankets: lay out the listed width and length with a tape measure. Compare the smaller size for a compact accent with a larger size for more coverage.

Can every gift be personalized?

Personalization depends on the design. Use the fields offered on the product page for your chosen gift. Some designs ask for a photo, some for names or a message, and others are finished designs with no personalization.

How should I enter names, dates and messages?

Enter the exact spelling, capitalization and punctuation you want. Check names and dates carefully, and follow the limits shown for that product. Choose from the available fonts when a font selector is offered; the product’s font examples show the available styles.

Will I see the artwork before it is made?

If the listing includes an artwork preview, you will receive it to review before printing. Check the composition and every personalized detail. Follow the approval instructions; the preview process does not apply to every finished design.

What if I need to change a detail after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the exact change. Changes depend on the order’s progress and cannot be assumed once production has begun. Check the returns and cancellation policy for the applicable terms.

Can I order for a particular gift date?

Check the delivery information for your chosen product and allow time for any required photo upload or artwork approval. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if timing is essential.
