About your purchase
These terms apply to purchases from Inksake. The following personalized-art terms cover our currently offered house, pet memorial, wedding venue and horse portrait canvases. Read the product page and our Shipping and Returns and refunds policies before ordering.
What you receive
Each portrait offer is one physical, unframed landscape canvas print created from one photograph of the subject described on the product page, in the size you select when ordering. Available sizes are 12 × 8, 16 × 12, 18 × 12, 20 × 16, 24 × 16, 24 × 20, 30 × 20 and 36 × 24 inches, listed as width × height. The image is a watercolor-style interpretation, with simplified fine details. It is not an original hand-painted watercolor or a digital download. A decorative frame is not included. Screen and printed colors may differ.
Your photograph
For a house portrait, provide one clear daylight photograph showing the whole house and roof, without large obstructions. Combining photographs, adding people and reconstructing hidden architecture are outside the scope of the house portrait offer. For a pet memorial, horse or wedding venue portrait, provide one photograph of one pet, one horse or one venue, as applicable, and follow the photo guidance on the product page. You must own the photograph or have permission to use it for this order.
Proof review and production
Your order includes one initial artwork proof and up to two revised proofs. Please review each proof carefully and reply with your approval or the changes you would like.
Production begins only after the required artwork approval and final order checks. A replacement proof must be reviewed before production. A rejection, requested change, unresolved complaint or cancellation request pauses production. We will not print artwork you have rejected. If you reject the third and final proof, we will pause your order for personal review under our Returns and refunds policy.

Printing and customer support
Inksake uses a specialist printing partner to make and ship the canvas. Inksake remains your contact for the purchase, artwork review and order support. Contact us using our contact form with your order number. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
Pet portrait pillows and woven blankets
A pet portrait pillow includes one removable polyester cover and a polyester-fill insert, in the size selected when ordering. The same pet illustration is printed on both sides. A pet portrait woven blanket includes one cotton woven blanket in the selected size, with colorful fringe; its reverse colors differ.
Each of these offers is created from one photograph of one dog or cat, with an optional pet name. Provide a clear photograph showing the pet’s face and markings, and use a photograph you own or have permission to use. Enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear.
You’ll receive a preview of your personalized artwork to review before production. The service includes one initial artwork proof and up to two revised proofs. These textile orders remain on hold until the artwork is approved. A rejection, requested change, unresolved complaint or cancellation request pauses production. If you reject the third and final proof, we will pause the order for personal review under our Returns and refunds policy.
